Say goodbye to heavy 3 and 5-gallon water jugs! A bottleless water cooler is a machine that connects directly into any available water source and filters drinking water through a multi-stage filtration process enclosed within the unit. Our coolers fulfill your employees’ hydration needs while also protecting the environment from harmful plastic. Our technicians keep it simple by making a connection to the nearest water source, whether that be a waterline, sink, or water fountain.
We utilize a patented 5-stage purification process:
1. The sourced water is sent through a sediment filter, where rust/clay/dust is removed.
2. The water then runs through a carbon filter, where chlorine, organic compounds, and other harmful contaminants are removed.
3. Next, the water passes through a reverse osmosis filter, which removes metals, mercury, lead, PFOS and PFAS.
4. After that, the water is passed through a polishing filter, which makes every sip taste as refreshing as the last.
5. In the last stage, electrolytes are added back into the water to give consumers an extra oomph!
Yes, the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) is the organization that certifies water filtration. The filters are certified with NSF 58, 53, and 42.
We currently have 12,000 customers and most of them experienced a cost savings. Cost savings can be found in several ways through a reduced monthly price, increased efficiency, or a predictable monthly budget even when the company experiences growth. Unlike most options, Office H2O does not increase the price of our service from year to year to adjust to inflation. Office H2O offers Price Protection for all existing customers.
From our 5-stage purification process to our top-of-the-line sanitation and safety technology, we’re the best option for your drinking water needs. The typical coolers that come with a water delivery are not routinely maintained or cleaned. You don’t want to see the things we’ve seen in those coolers… In addition to the quality of our water, our industry-leading service separates us from our competitors. Our trained technicians can handle the big jobs while still having plenty of time to take care of the smallest business. Our customers’ happiness is our top priority.
Let us help you make that decision! There are many factors that go into deciding which one is right for you, but we offer a variety of coolers with multiple solutions for all kinds of drinking water needs. Each cooler has varying capacities and features, such as cold and hot water, ice, added electrolytes, and sparkling options.
Your office gets free water/ice for one week! Give us a chance, gather feedback, and make sure our cooler is a great fit for you and your team. If it is, your area account executive will visit again with the necessary paperwork needed to keep the cooler.

We always make sure our installations are minimally invasive – our goal is for you to never know we were there. Watch this video for more information.
The time it takes to install a cooler is dependent on a couple factors, such as the location of the water source and a drain. For our larger accounts, we would perform a walkthrough with the account executive and one of our managing technicians to make sure we have a solid plan before the coolers are even brought on site.
Thanks to our thousands of feet of tubing, we can run a line to almost anywhere. If you are convinced the job is not possible for us to accomplish, we can provide customer testimonials from our hardest installations.
A cooler will need serviced more the more it is used, but our main priority is to provide the best service for all our clients. Most coolers only need preventative maintenance once a year. Outside of those times, if a service light ever comes on, please call the number on the side of your machine and we’ll work with you to schedule a time for one of our technicians to come fix the problem.

We provide ice to businesses as small as five people in one office to as large as thousands of people in a warehouse.
Actually, it’s not! In most cases, we can provide hot, cold, and ambient water AND ice for your business for less than 25 cents per person, per day.
We can give you a lot of reasons to make the switch. For one, our ice machines produce better quality ice, ready whenever you need it. You will no longer have to deal with the hassle of delayed deliveries thanks to the convenience of producing clean ice right on-site. We also have customizable ice type options. In addition, using one of our ice machines is the environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution.
