Office H2O was founded in 2015. Austin Veach was inspired to start a water purification company from his father’s experience in the industry in the past. When founded in 2015, Office H2O started with 2 employees in a small office with a detached single car garage as the warehouse.
Today, Office H2O has 9 offices spanning over Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Wisconsin, and the Chicagoland area with over 17,000 machines in the field. The rapid growth over the past 9 years is due to Office H2O’s go-to market strategy and our amazing team of 90+ Water and Ice Warriors.
Office H2O’s mission is to eliminate single use plastic from the marketplace. Our Go-Green focus along with the state-of-the-art purification equipment provides our customers with the satisfaction, impact, and enjoyment that allows Office H2O to grow and be a fun place to work.
We’re family-owned, family-operated (no, seriously! 16 family members on the team and counting!), and we can’t wait to welcome you to the team.

Opportunities for Growth
The Service Leadership team at Office H2O is committed to fostering professional development through comprehensive training programs. New hires kickstart their work with Technician University, designed to provide a solid foundation in all technical skills needed in the field. Employees will further enhance their expertise through specialized programs including Industrial Ice Training and other advanced training opportunities. Additionally, our Leadership Training program equips our Lead Technicians with the skills needed to excel in managerial roles.

We believe strongly in celebrating our wins as a group! Each year, our team works celebrates at a yearly awards ceremony we hold in January and a yearly President’s Club Trip.
