Where it all began

2015 – Where it all started

In 2015, with only 5 team members, we opened our first location in Indianapolis, Indiana. We ended our first year providing clean water and remarkable service to 150 clients.

2016 – Finally Growing

In 2016, we grew to 10 team members and closed out the year with 900 clients understanding why our water is better.

2017 – Hello, Kentucky

In 2017, we added our second location in Sellersburg, Indiana, serving southern Indiana and the greater Louisville, Kentucky areas. We grew to have 14 team members and 2100 clients.

2018 Office H2O Invades Ohio!

In 2018, we added our third location and 6 more team members serving Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. With 20 members on the team, we were able to provide the best water and ice solutions for our 3700 clients

2019 – Bryan, Ohio Here We Come

In 2019, we added another location in Bryan, Ohio. Expanding our reach in Ohio with 33 team members and 6200 clients.

2020 – Building our Team

In 2020, our team grew to 40 team members providing systems and service across the tri-state area to 8500 clients.

2021 – Cleveland, Ohio Opens

In 2021, we ended the year with 49 team members after opening another location in Ohio, expanding to greater Cleveland area. We surpassed our goal of 10,000 clients, ending the year with 11,000 clients trusting us to fulfill their ice and water needs.

2022 – Hello, Chicago

In 2022, we added our 7th and 8th locations in South Bend, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois. With our expansion north, we grew to 65 team members and 14,000 clients.

2023 – Pursuing Milwaukee, WI

This year, we are expanding again. Hello, Milwaukee. Stay tuned as we continue to grow our client base and team this year through our venture into a new state!
